You can earn chops by scanning your receipts from in-store purchases using our web-based App at order.saladstop.com.sg or automatically when placing orders online via order.saladstop.com.sg. For the types of rewards that you can redeem with your chops, please see the Terms & Conditions of each respective reward in the SaladStop! web-based App.

SaladStop! rewards can be redeemed in-store at any of our outlets using our web-based App at order.saladstop.com.sg or online at order.saladstop.com.sg.

Chops have 6 months validity period and rewards have a 3 months validity period.

For security reasons, SaladStop! receipts are valid for only 48 hours. In addition, users are allowed to scan a maximum of two receipts per day. In order to avoid missing out, please scan your receipts as soon as possible. To help you with this issue, please send an email toĀ support@saladstopgroup.comĀ along with photos of the receipts that you are not able to scan. Our team will help resolve this issue.

Purchases through 3rd party delivery services such as Deliveroo, Foodpanda and Grabfood are not eligible for chops. The SaladStop! rewards program is only applicable for purchases in-store or through the SaladStop! pre-ordering platform.

The SaladStop! rewards program cannot be stacked with other discounts simultaneously. For example, if your transaction has the OCBC 10% OFF discount applied to it, it will not be eligible for chops.

Our native app is no longer in use so please make sure that you are using the SaladStop! web-based App at order.saladstop.com.sg. When scanning the receipt, please ensure that the receipt has been placed on a flat surface and in a well-lit environment. If you still encounter issues scanning your receipt, please send an email toĀ support@saladstopgroup.comĀ along with a photo of the receipt and a screenshot of the issue you are facing.

In this case, the payment has left your card and is in currently waiting in a 3rd party payment gateway for order confirmation. If the order is cancelled/auto-cancelled, this money is not received by us and will be returned to you within 7-10 business days.

Ingredients

All our greens are thoroughly washed and sanitized using food-grade sanitizers before being served.
All our meats, seafood, and patties are marinated in-house with herbs and spices in order to preserve their freshness.
Although the raw materials are sourced out from reputable suppliers, not all ingredients are declared to be organic.
All our dressings are made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sesame Oil.
Unfortunately, not yet. We are working on finding a healthy source of gluten-free wraps.
We do not have a wide selection of meat at SaladStop! due to its negative impact on the environment, as well as high carbon footprint.
Most of the plastic (cutlery and packaging) used in our stores are biodegradable.

SaladStop! is free from MSG, artificial colouring, preservatives and taste enhancers.

Ordering

You can choose from our Signature or Classic salads and wraps or Warm Grain Bowls, or opt to Create-Your-Own salad or wrap using the ingredients available on our salad bar. We also have all-natural smoothies and grab n' go treats.
Yes, we deliver through GrabFood and FoodPanda. Please check with your preferred delivery app if your address is within the delivery radius. If your specified address is outside the coverage, you may also order for pick-up. Just call the branch nearest you to order in advance and give the pick-up time.
You can call your preferred SaladStop! store to place an order in advance and give the pick-up time. We accept payments via (acceptable payment methods).
Yes! You can specify the amount of dressing (a little, the usual, more) and even the chopping (chunky, the usual, fine). Just let our friendly salad artists know.
Yes, you can mix dressings. Our Salad Artist will be happy to recommend and give you feedback about our selection of dressings.

Vegan is without any animal products (no dairy, egg, mayonnaise, honey, meat, or fish), while Vegetarian is without meat and fish (no live animal ā€“ beef, pork, poultry, or fish).
Yes! Choose from our menu items with the Vegetarian or Vegan legend, or Create-Your-Own salad or wrap using your preferred ingredients. You may also request for a fresh chopping board, should you prefer.
Our Go Geisha salad and wrap is suitable for Vegans.

All cheeses at SaladStop! are suitable for Vegetarians.

The breadsticks and crackers are NOT gluten-free. They are Vegetarian, but NOT Vegan as they contain egg.
Our Carrot Ginger dressing has the lowest calories with 72.6kcal per serving.
We do not use low-fat mayo.
No. Our wraps do not contain any eggs, peanuts, milk, crustacean, or tree nuts.
You may inform our Salad Artist of your allergy upon ordering and request for a fresh chopping board for your salad. While we make every effort to prevent cross-contamination in our kitchens, we cannot guarantee that any food item we make is 100% FREE of any specific allergen.
While we understand that our customers have different preferences, we recommend using only 30g of dressing in each salad. Just mention to our salad artists that you prefer to have ā€œa littleā€ dressing in your order.

All you need to do is just go saladstop.pickup.ph, subscribe to our meal plans and just wait at home for delivery. All fuss-free!

Weā€™ve got 2 meal plans for you! The 3-day plan (M-W-F) should be a good starting point, with pricing from P1,135. Our 5-day plan will give you the full Daily Bowls experience from Monday to Friday, which starts at P1,865. In 2020, the SaladStop! Sustainability team completed an assessment to estimate the carbon footprint of our salad ingredients. SaladStop!ā€™s carbon information is presented as a carbon dioxide equivalent (COā‚‚e). A COā‚‚e approximately reflects the emissions from all different greenhouse gases associated with the production of an ingredient.

For now, carbon footprint information is only available on the SaladStop! pre-order ā€“Ā order.saladstop.com.sgĀ and on ourĀ online menu.

To ā€˜go climate positiveā€™ means to go beyond carbon offsetting. The option compensates for the greenhouse gas emissions required to produce a SaladStop! order and removes additional COā‚‚ from the atmosphere via a mangrove reforestation project in East Java, Indonesia.

The ā€˜climate positiveā€™ surcharge on the pre-order is 1% of the total meal cost (excluding any discount or delivery charge), rounded up to the nearest $0.1. It removes approximately 20x more COā‚‚ from the atmosphere than required to make the order.

The ā€˜climate positiveā€™ surcharge in-store is set at $0.20. This is equivalent to approximately 1% of an average order cost and removes up to 20x more COā‚‚ from the atmosphere than required to make the average meal.

Handprint is a Singapore-based green tech firm, helping us make positive impact easy and effective. At the end of each month all proceeds from the ā€˜go climate positiveā€™ opt-in will be directed to Handprint. The majority of our takeaway packaging, including our takeaway salad bowls, are made of 80% recycled PET.

We encourage customers to participate in our Bring Your Own (BYO) campaign. We offer a free standard topping when a customer brings their own bowl. Upon purchase of a hot beverage or smoothie, a 50 cents discount is provided to customers who bring their own cup.

We have also partnered with barePack and Muuse to make eco-friendly takeaway (at all SaladStop! outlets) and delivery (on third-party delivery platforms) possible too.

We encourage customers to be a part of the plant-based movement. Approximately 80% of our salad bar is plant-based. In addition to our vegan signature menu items, this allows for more than 85 million plant-based salad, wrap or grain-bowl options.

As part of the Green Everyday campaign ordering a vegan salad, wrap or grain-bowl at SaladStop! entitles customers to an extra free topping.
